End User License Agreement

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and WeRun Consulting ("WeRun," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the EPM Slice mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

WeRun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this EULA.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to submit content such as questions, answers, or comments. You agree not to post objectionable content, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Explicit, pornographic, or obscene material.
• Spam, advertisements, or promotional content.

WeRun has a zero-tolerance policy for such content and behavior. We reserve the right to remove any violating content and terminate or suspend accounts of users who breach these terms, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by WeRun Consulting or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this EULA or engage in conduct deemed harmful to other users or WeRun.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This EULA

WeRun may update this EULA periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
