Terms of Service

1. Acknowledgement
Welcome to Striqer, an offering of WeRun Consulting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Striqer mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android platforms.
You and WeRun Consulting acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and WeRun Consulting only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC ("Platform Providers"). WeRun Consulting is solely responsible for the App and its content. The Platform Providers have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App.
By downloading, installing, or using Striqer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About Striqer
Striqer is a daily soccer trivia app featuring four game modes: Stats Mode, Club Trail, Regista, and Draft War. A new puzzle is published for each mode every day.
Player data used in Striqer is sourced from publicly available soccer records and community datasets. WeRun Consulting does not claim ownership of underlying statistics or biographical information. All game puzzles, design, software, and branding are the property of WeRun Consulting.
3. Eligibility and Account Creation
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Striqer. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at Striqer@werunconsulting.com. WeRun Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Striqer Pro and Payments
Striqer offers a free trial period. After the trial, a Striqer Pro subscription is required to continue accessing all four daily game modes, global leaderboards, and lifelines.
Striqer Pro is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your platform account settings.
WeRun Consulting does not process or store payment information directly. All transactions are handled by Apple or Google. No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Striqer only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its puzzle logic.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate game results or leaderboards.
- Share puzzle answers or spoilers in ways designed to harm other users' experience.
- Impersonate another user or create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard rankings.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
WeRun Consulting reserves the right to remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts where manipulation or abuse is suspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in Striqer — including but not limited to the game design, puzzle system, animations, graphics, branding, and software — is the property of WeRun Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Striqer on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
Striqer, Striqer Pro, and the WeRun Consulting name and logo are trademarks of WeRun Consulting. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Striqer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. WeRun Consulting does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that player data is always complete or accurate.
Soccer statistics and player information are sourced from publicly available records and are provided for entertainment purposes only. They may not reflect the most current information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeRun Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Striqer.
WeRun Consulting's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Striqer Pro, or AUD $10, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
WeRun Consulting may terminate or suspend your access to Striqer at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, WeRun Consulting, or third parties.
Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
WeRun Consulting may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Striqer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, unless local law requires otherwise.
